GLO NAIJA SINGS IS BACK WITH SEASON 3

Casy : Winner of GLO Sings Seasoned 2

Music talent show Naija Sings is on again; in search of talents that’ll compete for the show’s big prize.

Now in its third season, this year’s edition plans to tap into the huge pool of talent that abound in the Nigerian music community and showcase aspiring talent and performers within the country.

Producers say the competition is open to a wide range of musical performers – from soloists, duos to groups of at most four singers. And the contest will cover all genres of hip-hop, reggae, R&B, Afro-Beat, pop, soul and jazz. The competition is open to only Nigerian entrants over the age of 18.

We’ve been very fortunate that the cream of Nigeria’s music industry have joined us over the past two seasons, to the absolute delight of our audiences and the benefit of our contestants. By giving so generously of their time and their talent, they have grown not only their own fan base but also played a vital part in the development of Nigerian music’, says Biola Alabi, Managing Director M-Net Africa.

Season one winner Jon Ogah and season two’s breakout star Casey Edema have both walked away with USD 100 000 in cash each.

Glo Sings Naija will be auditioning in seven cities set across the country later in the month July and is produced by M-Net Nigeria and Nevermachine.
